Colorado Flat Rate Realty Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
This policy explains how Flat Rate Realty Group handles information through ColoradoFlatRateRealty.com, including our buyer and seller inquiry forms.
Information you provide
Our forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number and contact preference, and the answers you provide about your real estate needs. Buyer inquiries may include preferred areas, budget, timing, financing status, property preferences, agent status, and relocation needs. Seller inquiries may include your property address, property details, estimated value, selling timeline, and goals. We also receive any message you choose to include.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, passwords, financial documents, or other sensitive documents. These forms are for initial inquiries.
How your inquiry is used
We use your information to respond to your request, understand your buying or selling needs, and discuss appropriate next steps. The form asks for permission to contact you about that inquiry. Submitting it does not enroll you in automated marketing, authorize automated marketing texts or calls, or create an agency agreement.
Where your information goes
When you submit, your answers are sent through FormSubmit to Homes@FlatRateRealtyGroup.com. FormSubmit processes the submission to provide form delivery; our email service processes the resulting email. The Flat Rate Realty Team uses the inquiry to follow up. See FormSubmit’s privacy information (PDF) for its practices.
The website’s inquiry flow does not send your answers to advertising networks or enroll you in a marketing list. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.
Website technology and third-party links
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, and device and browser information. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about visits to provide reports. We have disabled Google signals and advertising personalization in our website’s Analytics configuration. We do not configure Analytics to receive the names, email addresses, phone numbers, or answers you enter in our inquiry forms. The site does not save your inquiry answers in browser local storage. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Hosting and form-delivery providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, to operate and secure their services. Their services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies.
Booking an appointment takes you to Setmore; Google Meet appointments and links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other external websites are governed by those providers’ privacy practices. This policy covers this website, not those outside services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers.
Retention and security
Inquiries can remain in the team’s email records while your request and any resulting services are handled. Retention may also depend on applicable recordkeeping requirements. FormSubmit and email providers have their own retention practices. Contact us if you would like to discuss deletion of an inquiry.
The form transmits submissions over HTTPS. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security, so please limit your message to information needed for your real estate inquiry.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit a form, leave optional fields blank, or contact us by phone instead. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email Homes@FlatRateRealtyGroup.com or call (719) 283-9098. Include only the information needed to identify your inquiry; do not send identification documents unless a secure verification process is arranged.
Where applicable law grants additional rights, those may include obtaining a portable copy of your data and opting out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also ask us to review a denied request by using the same contact details with the subject “Privacy appeal.” Some requests may require verification or be subject to legal exceptions. Learn more from the Colorado Attorney General’s privacy resources.
Children and policy updates
This website and its inquiry forms are intended for adults seeking real estate services. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request its review and removal. We may update this policy as website features or data practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
