1. Your Property & Sale
Enter your full address, city, state and ZIP.
2. Brokerage Fees

Our listing fee is $3,300 below $500,000 and 0.85% at $500,000 or more. Buyer-agent compensation is negotiable; 2.5% is an illustrative starting assumption.

3. Loans & Seller Costs

Use payoff quotes valid through closing when available. A loan balance may exclude interest and lender fees. Enter 0 for costs that do not apply.

4. Title & Property Taxes

Editable planning allowances, not quotes from a title company. Selecting a company does not change these allowances. Replace with your actual quote.

Get a Confirmed Title Insurance Quote

Our automatic allowance uses past closing examples; it is not Land Title’s current rate schedule. Obtain a property-specific quote, then select “Use My Own Quote / Amount” and replace the owner’s title policy allowance below.

Open Land Title’s Rate Calculator ↗

Have the property address, sale price, anticipated closing date, coverage requested, and any prior owner’s policy available. Ask whether a reissue discount applies and which endorsements are included. Keep the title premium separate from closing, certificate, and recording fees to avoid counting them twice.

Find My Annual Property Tax Bill

Choose the county where the property is located, then search by address or parcel number. Use the full annual tax amount, not one installment or the remaining unpaid balance. Check the tax year shown. If the current-year bill is unavailable, use the latest bill as an estimate and confirm with your closing team.

County resources open in a new tab. Return here and enter the amount below; tax information is not imported automatically. For another county, use its official Treasurer website.

Current-year taxes are estimated from January 1 through the day before closing. Enter the actual annual bill; an address alone does not retrieve taxes. Do not include the current-year proration again in unpaid taxes. Holdbacks reduce cash at closing but may be refunded later.

5. Homeowners Association
6. Ownership & Withholding Review

U.S. citizenship alone does not determine foreign-person tax status. Residency, ownership shares, exemptions, and buyer use can affect withholding. Potential Colorado and federal withholding require title/tax review and are not automatically deducted.

Enter only a confirmed amount. The estimate does not calculate income tax or capital-gains tax. A review flag remains until your closing team confirms all treatment.
